Q1: How to choose a suitable machine?

A1: You can tell us the material, size, thickness of the work-piece, or show us the sample pictures and the requirement of the machine’s function. We will recommend you the most suitable machine for you. 

Q2: This is the first time I buy such machine, is it easy to operate?

A2: We can provide operation manual or videos of guiding. If it’s hard for learning, we can help you by “WeChat Group” online, with our technician colleague for the real time guidance. 

Q3: Can you customized the machine for me?

A3: Yes, we offer customized service, as well as OEM. 

Q4:What is the Guarantee for the machine?

A4: 2 years warranty time for the whole machine except for the wearing parts (blades, lens, nozzles), main parts from 6 months to 12 months (spindles, laser tube, controller, plasma source, etc.) In guarantee period, all non-human reason problems of parts, we will responsible for free maintenance or replacement or sending new one.

Q5: Delivery Time?

A5: For standard machines, it would be 7-10 working days. For non-standard machine, it would be 25-30 working days. 

Q6: How is the Payment?

A6: Normally we accept T/T or L/C.  

Q7:Do you arrange the shipment for me?

If we take CIF term (Cost, Insurance & Freight), we will entrust our forwarder to arrange the shipment, and send you the Bill of Landing (B/L).

 

If we take FOB terms (Free on Board), client should contact the forwarder himself,and we will send the machine to the port of loading. 

 

If we take EXW terms (Ex Works), client should arrange agent to pick up the machine in our factory. 

Q8: How is the package?

A8: Step1:Water proof wrapping film with foam protection; 
Step2: Solid seaworthy wood box package;

In-sale Service

1.After the customer confirms the order, we will arrange production in the first time.

 

2.During this period, we will update the production progress to the customer in the form of photos from time to time.


3.Once the machine is ready, prior to delivery.We will take clear pictures of "ordering machine and accessories and test video" for customers to check the details. 


4.We will send the machine to our port (Qingdao port, China) about 3-5 days before the shipment date and do export declaration procedures.


5.Once the machine is shipped, we will send the documents (bill of lading, packing list, invoice, certificate of origin if necessary) to customer by express or email within 2-5 days.
If client needs certificate of origin, please inform us before shipment so that we can arrange in advance. 


6.After you receive the documents, you can hand them to your local agent, who will handle the import formalities for you and then wait for the machine to arrive there, clear it out and transport to your address.

After-sale Service

1.After receiving the machine, the customer can install it under the guidance of the video and instructions provided.

 

2. If you have any problems during the installation or operation, we will provide assistance through SKYPE, WhatsApp, TeamViewer or Wechat, QQ, or other online tools. 

 

3.If the client requires on-site installation and training,We will charge a fee of $200 / day as well as the round-trip cost of sending the technician and the local accommodation fee, or you can contact your sales manager to discuss details. 

 

4.Our company will regularly contact customers with the working status, feedback, new requirements or good suggestions of the machines, and feedback to our functional departments to improve our machines or services.
